Job summary

Silvus Technologies, now part of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer - Electronic Warfare to work with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to tailor solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include pre/post-sales support, product demonstrations at customer sites, and field training. Travel is 50%; a SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. This role supports defense and public-safety customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years in pre- and post-sales technical support if not holding a 4-year degree.
• 3–5 years in Defense tech, EW, SIGINT, ISR or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including planning and training.
• Demonstrate and explain Silvus sensing products and advantages.
• Prepare product demonstrations and visit customer sites for support and training.
• Travel to customer sites for demonstrations and field support.
• Troubleshoot field failures and coordinate feedback with R&D.
• Support product development and allocate resources for sales activities.
• Travel percentage: 50% for meetings, events, demos.
