Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer - Department of War to support customers with tailored solutions. You will perform technical sales, demonstrations, and support for Silvus' multi-antenna MIMO radios and mesh networking offerings.

The role reports to the Director of Sales Engineering, with up to 50% travel. This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location and requires US citizenship and SECRET clearance within 15 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years pre/post-sales technical support experience; or HS diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and meet clients.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field issues and collaborate with development teams.
