Adecco Portugal is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in electronic security and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop new business, and drive revenue growth through the sale of electronic security systems, installations, service solutions, and maintenance contracts.

This 100% in-office role requires local candidates and offers uncapped commission and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• :Experience in electronic security, telecommunications, or low-voltage systems.
• :Knowledge of access control, IP and analog video surveillance, nurse call, intrusion detection, structured cabling, or similar technologies.
• :Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• :Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• :Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• :Uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sell electronic security systems, installations, service solutions, and maintenance contracts.
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Conduct customer site walkthroughs and help estimate installation and service opportunities.
• Prepare and present professional proposals.
• Build market awareness through networking, presentations, and industry associations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
