Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC seeks a Case Manager for Electronic Monitoring in Colorado. The role supervises clients on home monitoring, installs equipment, and ensures program compliance with rules and court orders.

You will review clients’ schedules, address alerts, and coordinate with courts or probation officers. Requires strong customer service, documentation, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of experience in community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation or local courts is preferred.
• Knowledge of the state judicial system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients in office or at referring agency to install/uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment.
• Monitor compliance via electronic device alerts and on-site checks, including breathalyzer testing and drug screens.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functioning.
• Document data entry for new client setup and schedule adherence, reporting anomalies as needed.
• Travel locally as required and provide reports to probation officers or referring courts.
