Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions in Aurora, CO is seeking a Case Manager for Electronic Monitoring to supervise clients referred for home monitoring. You will install monitoring equipment for new clients and ensure proper setup.

You will review daily schedules with clients, monitor device alerts for compliance, conduct drug and alcohol testing as required, maintain equipment inventory, and prepare reports for probation officers or courts.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Six months of experience in community corrections or electronic monitoring preferred.
Knowledge of the state judicial system preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment and document client setup.
Review and approve daily client schedules and monitor compliance.
Administer drug and alcohol testing as determined by the program.
Maintain equipment inventory and troubleshoot issues with monitoring devices.
Update files and maintain confidentiality of client records.
Prepare reports for court or probation officers as required.
Collect supervision payments and reconcile daily deposits.
Domestic travel may be required.
