Wayne Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Service Representative to assist with customer requests through various channels like telephone, online, and mobile banking. This role involves providing seamless service according to bank standards and handling various tasks related to account maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in electronic banking is preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Moderate typing skills and computer skills with knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer requests via telephone.
• Direct calls to appropriate service partners in a timely manner.
• Provide service for customer requests in accordance with bank standards.
• Perform tasks related to account maintenance and new account processing.
• Process electronic fund transfers for ACH and Wire processing.
