Job summary

Synergy Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Banking Representative to join our growing Electronic Banking team. You will support online and mobile banking, electronic payments, and treasury management solutions while ensuring accuracy and security of transactions.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, assist with online banking, bill pay, ACH, and cash management services, and help identify fraud risks and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and electronic banking inquiries.
• Support business customers with Cash Management services.
• Review fraud detection alerts and take action to protect customer accounts.
• Monitor and maintain daily electronic banking reports.
• Review electronic deposits and related transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist customers with ACH transactions and electronic funds transfer services.
• Research and resolve account and transaction issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
• Participate in referral and customer relationship programs to meet financial needs.
