Job summary

ADP is seeking an Electronic Banking Service Representative to handle customer requests by telephone and support online and mobile banking services. The role includes account maintenance and processing of new accounts at our PA location.

The position also processes electronic fund transfers (ACH/Wire), Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Treasury Management services, with reconciliations as assigned. Requires at least 1 year banking experience and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by telephone and direct calls to service partners as needed.
• Provide online, mobile, and telephone banking support and maintenance.
• Perform account maintenance and processing for new accounts and updates.
• Process ACH and Wire transfers and set up related services (Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Treasury Management).
• Complete reconciliations as assigned.

Salary Range : Service Representative I and II

Duties: Responsible for assisting with customer requests via telephone and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner. Provides seamless service for any customer requests in accordance with established bank standards. Online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking customer service and maintenance. For new and existing accounts, performs various assigned tasks related to the bank’s central file, account maintenance and new account processing. Responsible for setup, customer service, and processing electronic fund transfers for ACH and Wire processing. Responsible for setup, customer service, and processing of Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and Treasury Management Services. Completing reconcilements as assigned.

Skills:Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Moderate typing skills and moderate to advanced computer skills with knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required. Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of prior banking experience required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
