Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate bank service partners.
• Assist Wayne Bank's community offices and back-office personnel for customer support.
• Process daily exception items, overdrafts, stop payments and debit card maintenance.
• Perform deposit and card processing, including customer verifications and document research.
