Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a Technician I to join the Maintenance department on Shift C. The role supports the Maintenance Lead in ensuring timely repair and preventive maintenance across the facility, troubleshoots equipment, and documents modifications to improve uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, reads blueprints, communicates clearly, and demonstrates continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and lead maintenance teams on shift for planned and emergency maintenance.
• Update the maintenance system daily for the responsible shift.
• Communicate daily activity of work orders with Planners and Production Supervisors.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
