Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize electro-mechanical systems, including PLCs, sensors, and drives, while ensuring safety policies and production targets are met.

You will perform complex maintenance tasks, manage equipment setups, and document all work in our computer-based maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3-7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and safety policies.
• Willingness to attend training sessions, including out-of-state locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Set up equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical machine components to keep equipment in top condition.
• Diagnose electrical control circuits, sensors, and motor drives; repair PLC inputs/outputs.
• Lead simple to advanced maintenance tasks and document work in CMMS.
• Monitor spare parts usage and assist QA with process improvements.
