Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced facility. You will diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems, perform detailed equipment setup, and execute preventative maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 3-7 years in manufacturing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 3-7 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Commitment to safety policies and customer quality.
• Willingness for standby assignments, off-hours/ overtime as required.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to train Level I and II Technicians.
• Ability to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components in top operating condition.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and PLC issues.
• Complete projects adding electrical circuits and relocating machines.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems and related components.
• Enter all work in a computer-based maintenance program.
• Monitor spare parts usage and complete parts order forms.
• Train Level I and II technicians in more complex tasks.
