Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, WI is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Assembler Level 3 for the 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will perform a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks on modules and subassemblies, following drawings and documented instructions.

You will read schematics, use a variety of tools, and work with team leads to ensure quality and on-time shipment. Overtime is common; safety and quality matter.

Qualifications

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Follows documented methods and sequence of operations.
• Occasional overtime is required, typically 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assembles pre-engineered electro-mechanical equipment control modules on an assembly line.
• Supports manufacturing orders including engraving, labels and reports.
• Handles heavy gauge wiring and plumbing routing in repetitive product manufacturing.
• Evaluates assembly requirements and prepares safe work approaches.
• Prepares modules for shipment and ensures quality standards.
