Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator 2 in Mequon, WI. This 3rd shift role (Sun-Thur, 10:00PM - 6:00AM) starts at $19.35/hr with a 10% shift premium. You will set up and operate SMT lines, verify boards, and help ensure product quality across multiple workstations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong problem solving, and ability to read schematics. Experience with manufacturing tools and safety practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret process sheets and schematics.
• Experience with basic PC software and manufacturing systems.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines per instructions.
• Work with SMT processes and PCB layouts for final product creation.
• Maintain tolerances and perform visual and functional inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment with technicians and team leads when needed.
• Handle overtime as required and maintain safety standards.
