Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin is hiring for an Assembler Level 2 on the 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Starting rate is $19.50 per hour with a 6% shift premium.

This full‑time role involves assembling electro‑mechanical components, wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing to meet blueprint specs. Responsibilities include repetitive module assembly, following wiring sequences, performing rework under guidance, and preparing products for shipment while complying with safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience accepted.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience in assembly of electro‑mechanical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly of electro‑mechanical equipment control modules.
• Follow wiring sequences and assembly drawings per process.
• Assist with rework of test anomalies as directed by testers.
• Prepare products for shipment; create labels and reports.
• Adhere to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
• Work overtime as needed, typically ~20 hours per week.
