Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a mechanical assembler for a 3rd shift role in Mequon, WI. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, and support molding operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Overtime is routinely required and reports to the Production Manager onsite. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we will not sponsor visas).

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment.
• Use basic computer skills for production or documentation tasks.
• Be willing to work in any assigned department and perform physical tasks.
• Work overtime as required (typically 10–20 hours per week).
