Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to pass a soldering assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and box-build electronic assemblies.
• Perform hand soldering (lead & lead-free).
• Inspect assemblies visually and functionally per IPC workmanship criteria.
• Test completed assemblies and document results.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and process travelers accurately.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
