Job summary

Rockwell Automation, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring for a full‑time manufacturing Assembler level 2 on the 2nd shift (M–F, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). The role performs electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring, hand soldering and subassemblies to blueprint specs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read instructions, and experience with assembly tools. Starting rate is $19.50/hour plus a 6% shift premium, with overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, or 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of related assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly of electro‑mechanical equipment control modules.
• Follow wiring and assembly instructions and set up hardware per blueprints.
• Prepare products for shipment and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Overtime is required, typically up to 20 hours per week.
