Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Assembler Level 3 for the 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) in the 455 department in Wisconsin. Starting rate is $20.72 per hour with a 10% shift premium. Overtime is common, and responsibilities include wiring, soldering, and assembly of electro-mechanical modules.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and the ability to read schematics. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Two years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
• Follow wiring, component installation, and hand soldering per blueprints.
• Perform setups and adjustments, maintaining tolerances per specifications.
• Provide manufacturing order support including engraving, labels and reports.
• Handle heavy gauge wiring and routing in repetitive production.
