Job summary

Trend Personnel Pty Ltd seeks a Vendor Coordinator to develop and maintain a reliable network of qualified vendors and subcontractors for commercial electrical service and project needs. You will identify and onboard new vendors, negotiate labor and service rates, maintain vendor agreements, and serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal operations teams.

The role emphasizes building relationships, resolving pricing discrepancies, and expanding coverage to meet customer demands

Qualifications

• Must have strong vendor negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Understanding of electrical service terminology and contractor communications.
• Experience in evaluating quotes, terms, and scopes for competitive pricing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic vendor-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with electrical contractors, service vendors, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate labor rates, service rates, trip charges, overtime rates, and minimum charges.
• Evaluate vendors on pricing, capabilities, coverage, availability, responsiveness, and service quality.
• Maintain vendor pricing, agreements, and documentation; onboard new vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for pricing, agreements, and vendor performance with internal teams.
