Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated vendor relations administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on building and onboarding our vendor network across Electrical, HVAC, Solar, Handyman, and Low Voltage sectors.

You will vet vendors, negotiate rates, manage required paperwork, update COIs, set up vendors in the system, and send contracts through DocuSign, ensuring compliance with EEO/affirmative action policies.

Overview

Are you dedicated, detail-oriented, take initiative, and have excellent Follow-through, the Vendor Relations team is looking for you.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time employee for the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm to work as a vendor relations administrator.

As a vendor relations administrator, you will be responsible for building our vendor network by onboarding companies in the following fields.

• Electrical
• HVAC
• Solar
• Handyman
• Low Voltage

Qualifications

As a vendor relations administrator, you will be responsible for vetting the vendor, negotiating rates, and obtaining the paperwork required to set the vendor up in our system.

Other tasks included updating certificates of insurance, setting up vendors in the system, and sending contracts through DocuSign.

Pay Range
