  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors regarding pricing, agreements, service capabilities, and general relationship management.
  • Work closely with service, operations, project management, purchasing, and other internal teams to identify vendor needs and coverage gaps.
  • Assist internal teams in locating qualified vendors for commercial electrical service calls and project needs.
  • Negotiate improved pricing and terms when vendor rates do not align with customer or company requirements.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships while holding vendors accountable to agreed-upon pricing and expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce vendor costs and improve overall vendor coverage and performance.
Additional Duties
  • Research and source new vendors in markets where additional coverage or competition is needed.
  • Support vendor contract, purchase order, and change-order processes as needed.
  • Assist with resolving vendor pricing discrepancies, invoicing issues.
  • Monitor vendor performance and identify vendors requiring additional follow-up or improvement.
  • Maintain organized vendor files and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with special sourcing or vendor-development projects.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiations, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and developing relationships with new vendors and subcontractors.

  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining vendor rates, agreements, documentation, and records.
Preferred Qualifications
