Job summary

Corporate It Solutions is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to maintain a national vendor base for field labor and supplier resources. This pivotal role supports Sales, Project Management, and Dispatch teams by ensuring they have the necessary vendors to execute projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or dispatch, along with an associate degree. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Dispatch position.
• Experience in the construction and field installation services is a plus.
• Experience with trenching/directional boring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a national vendor network of field installation labor, suppliers, partners.
• Negotiate rate structures with contracted partners.
• Attend annual vendor/partner meeting to provide recognition and relay future visions.
