S&ME seeks a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to accelerate growth across our footprint. You will craft and execute strategic plans, lead cross-disciplinary teams, and strengthen long-term client partnerships with a focus on safety, quality, and value.

The role requires 10+ years in market leadership, a strong Power & Utilities network, and PE (plus PMP). Flexible location with a hybrid work model. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Strong network in the Power & Utilities sector.
• PE license a plus; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
