Job summary

S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth across our footprint in the energy market.

You will shape strategy, pursue opportunities, and build the teams and capabilities needed to expand the market. You’ll lead client relationship development at local and national levels, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project excellence with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership roles in project/program or market leadership within electrical transmission & distribution or similar markets.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client base in the Power & Utilities sector.
• PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to meet/exceed revenue targets across core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and growth across teams.
