Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales professional to expand our electrical testing and services business in the U.S. region.

You will cultivate relationships with contractors, EPCs, end users, and project owners, pursuing acceptance testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance opportunities. Role requires strong technical sales capabilities, knowledge of electrical distribution equipment, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical service solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years of relevant electrical industry, technical sales, field service, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of electrical acceptance testing, maintenance testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services.
• Working knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and equipment including switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, protective relays, cables, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with ANSI/NETA ATS, ANSI/NETA MTS, NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA.
• Experience selling to industrial, commercial, utility, data center, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and achieve monthly and annual sales goals within the territory.
• Actively prospect and develop new customers through outbound business development and referrals.
• Build RESA Power’s local testing and services business by identifying new markets and recurring service opportunities.
• Develop relationships across industrial, commercial, utility, data center, healthcare, and manufacturing facilities.
• Identify and close opportunities for testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance including LV/MV switchgear and transformer work.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, field service, engineering, and technical teams to develop scopes, pricing, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline data in the CRM.
