Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Service Branch Manager to develop and maintain client relationships within technical and manufacturing sectors. You will mentor staff, manage location operations, and ensure profitability while supporting safety and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing a team, scheduling, quoting, and coordinating with VP/GM on growth strategies. Occasional out-of-town travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years electrical testing experience.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing or military training in electrical power.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and travel as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the location/department.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
• Schedule local team and coordinate larger project jobs.
• Prepare quotes, review test reports, and ensure quality field work.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure profitability of jobs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop safety records and practices with HSE.
• Travel up to 50% and support out-of-town work.
