Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to support Electrical Testing and Field Services customers. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, and operations to provide technical and commercial sales support, including lead identification, job costing, proposal generation, and post-order support.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, interpreting electrical drawings, estimating hours and materials, developing proposals, and maintaining reference materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in related field.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and parts lists for troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams.
• Review RFPs, drawings, and technical content.
• Estimate hours, materials, travel, and logistics to meet scope.
• Develop proposals and costing spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with production for order status and delivery commitments.
• Prepare accurate reports and track proposals and quotes.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and negotiate extra charges.
