Job summary

RTX’s Test Solutions Engineering team is a fast-paced, hands-on group driving the test capabilities for Raytheon products. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment with multidisciplinary teams to ensure readiness of every product for the mission.

Roles involve producing technical drawings, troubleshooting across development lifecycles, and working onsite in Tucson, AZ. This early-career path offers meaningful engineering with real-world impact and security-clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses for test systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the design and integration lifecycle.
