RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Engineering professional to design and implement advanced electrical test systems for mission-critical defense products. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field by start date.
• Experience selecting and integrating passive and active components in analog/digital designs.
• Experience operating lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, analyzers) to test hardware.
• Experience via on‑the‑job work, coursework, labs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation per industry standards.
• Characterize hardware performance using lab equipment and measurements.
• Troubleshoot hardware integration issues across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers on test architectures.
• Support project execution to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals.
