Job summary

RTX is seeking a hands-on Test Solutions Engineer within the Hardware Discipline Center to design, build, and integrate advanced electrical test systems for mission-critical defense products across all lifecycle stages. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment in an onsite role in Tucson, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Advanced STEM degree completed by start date.
Experience selecting, calculating values for passive/active components in analog or digital circuits.
Experience using lab test equipment to test hardware and measure signals.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
Create schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering docs per standards.
Validate hardware with oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers on test architectures.
