Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on large-scale power and industrial EPC projects. You will supervise field teams, coordinate plans, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution.

Applicants should have prior experience in electrical supervision on industrial projects, strong reading of drawings and specifications, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors while traveling to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Supervisor on industrial or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, sequencing, and field execution.
• Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and electrical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment use, and progress.
• Review drawings and specs to align activities with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues while protecting schedule and cost.
• Coach and mentor field personnel and support turnover/commissioning.
