Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is recruiting an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project management, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across diverse sites.

Expect to read and interpret electrical drawings, manage subcontractors, and support turnover and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent on industrial/power EPC projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale power generation and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams to support project execution.
• Monitor productivity, manpower levels, equipment utilization, and construction progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work packages to ensure construction activities align with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing impacts to schedule and cost.
• Support workforce development through coaching, mentoring, and training field personnel.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and project reporting activities.
• Ensure quality standards are met and assist with turnover and commissioning activities.
