Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on major power and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

This role requires travel to various project sites across North America, strong leadership, and the ability to read electrical drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or equivalent on industrial, power, or EPC projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and specifications to align activities with requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues and support turnover and commissioning.
