Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on major power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate daily work plans, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in electrical EPC environments, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to manage large subcontractor workforces.

Qualifications

• Experience serving as an Electrical Superintendent or similar on industrial/power EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation, sequencing, and field execution.
• Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical documentation.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on large-scale power projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Support workforce development through coaching and training.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and project reporting.
• Assist with turnover and commissioning activities.
