Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project groups, and drive project execution from planning through turnover.

At TIC Power, this role offers exposure to large-scale power generation EPC projects in North America, with opportunities for travel across multiple project sites and a strong focus on safety and performance

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or senior supervisor on industrial, power generation, or EPC construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale power generation and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams to support project execution.
• Monitor productivity, manpower levels, equipment utilization, and construction progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work packages to ensure construction activities align with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing impacts to schedule and cost.
• Support workforce development through coaching, mentoring, and training field personnel.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and project reporting activities.
• Ensure quality standards are met and assist with turnover and commissioning activities.
