Job summary

The TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on large power and industrial projects. You will guide field crews, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.

Travel to various project locations is required. The role demands strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to read drawings while coordinating with engineering, safety, and scheduling teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical/Superintendent on industrial or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and field execution.
• Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and electrical documentation.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on large power projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Support turnover and commissioning activities with quality handover.
