Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on major power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project groups, and drive execution from planning through turnover.

Travel to multiple project locations is required; you will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specs while managing large craft workforces and subcontractors across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or similar on industrial, power generation, or EPC construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical documentation.
• Proven ability to manage large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for large-scale power generation and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to achieve milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower levels, equipment utilization, and progress; review drawings and specs.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule and cost impacts; mentor field personnel.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews and project reporting.
