Job summary

The TIC - The Industrial Company, through its TIC Power District, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large-scale power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field supervisors, coordinate crews, ensure safety, and drive project execution from planning through turnover.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams, review drawings, manage manpower and equipment, and travel to project sites as required to

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical/Superintendent on industrial or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation and sequencing.
Experience managing large craft workforces and multiple subcontractors.
Proficient in safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity management.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical construction on large power and industrial projects.
Coordinate daily work plans and direct craft supervision to hit milestones.
Ensure safety policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
Collaborate with management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
Review drawings and specifications to align work with project requirements.
Travel to various project locations as required.
