Job summary

TIC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on large power and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project management, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery from planning through turnover.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read complex drawings, and experience managing large craft workforces with multiple subcontractors in diverse locations. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction on industrial/power projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities for large-scale power/industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower levels, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and work packages to align with project requirements.
