TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on major power and industrial projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project management, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence from planning through turnover.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in electrical supervision on EPC projects, with strong ability to read drawings, manage large craft workforces, and travel to job sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or similar on industrial, power generation, energy, or EPC projects.
• Strong leadership and field supervision abilities with safety focus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on large-scale power and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress against plan.
• Review drawings and work packages to align activities with requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues; support turnover and commissioning.
• Coach, mentor and train field personnel; participate in safety reviews and reporting.
