Job summary

Rexel USA in Pasadena, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to proactively drive quotes, orders, and customer relationships. You will quote products, assist outside sales, and use digital tools to promote solutions and grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales in electrical distribution, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM/ERP and Microsoft Office. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate products to grow business.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
