Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms; offer substitutes when appropriate.
• Support outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products to new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within the defined territory.
• Manage and nurture a defined customer base and relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and resolve issues; close orders and follow up through purchasing cycle.
