Job summary

Rexel USA in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team. You will conduct proactive inside sales via phone and email, process quotes and orders, and grow profitable sales by expanding relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities include quoting product prices, assisting outside sales, using our digital tools to promote products, and maintaining knowledge of applications to support customer objectives and faster

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED is required.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and establish customer relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and close orders with root-cause resolution.
• Process quotations/proposals and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
• Report market and competitor information to management.
