Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager – Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical leadership for complex electrical design and project execution in our data center environments. You will collaborate with facilities, design teams, procurement, and operations to ensure adherence to design standards and codes.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical design/construction experience, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to communicate with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 3+ years in electrical design or construction.
• Minimum of 5 years in design engineering or construction with power systems, redundancy, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash.
• 2+ years applying NEC and other electrical industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review drawing packages for adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to meet standards and local codes.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and communicate requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and risk teams on RFIs and VE.
• Review OFCI equipment submittals for compliance with design criteria.
• Support teams in resolving design issues during construction and commissioning.
• Work with procurement on equipment procurement.
• Develop and review SCCAF studies for adherence to standards.
• Travel up to 25%.
