Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience in mission critical environments with emphasis on mechanical systems and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and ability to create/process documentation (MOPs/SOPs/EOPs).
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance and repair of Electrical systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Coordinate with on-site vendor for operation, maintenance, updates, and alarm functionality.
• Develop emergency, maintenance, and drill procedures with the Facility Operations Team.
• Follow safety, quality, health, and environmental policies in the Data Center domain.
• Close out electrical issues via shift reports and CMMS work orders.
• Maintain electrical equipment at optimal operation level.
• Update site procedures (EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, drills) to client standards.
• Supervise electrical drill training aids and scenario exercises.
• Generate periodic technical reports on Data Center activities and issues.
• Provide site-specific electrical training to Facility Operations Team.
