Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical to lead electrical operations across data center environments. You will oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and training related to power distribution, UPS, and controls, ensuring high uptime and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5-7+ years in mission-critical environments with a strong mechanical systems focus. Collaboration with vendors and the operations team is essential to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years in mission critical environments with emphasis on mechanical systems and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for daily data center management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance and repair of all Electrical critical environment systems to maintain 100% uptime.
• Coordinate with onsite Electrical vendor for operation, maintenance and updates of electrical systems.
• Develop detailed emergency, maintenance and drill procedures with Facility Operations Team.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety and environmental policies in Data Center operations.
• Close out electrical issues from shift reports and CMMS work orders.
• Maintain all Electrical equipment at optimal operational level and update site procedures.
