Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Reactor Services to lead planning, execution, and growth of outage-focused reactor services for commercial nuclear plants. You will oversee refueling outage support, reactor vessel inspections, and field services while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with utility customers, project teams, and leadership, you will drive technical excellence, build high-performing teams, and expand service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in reactor services, outages, or nuclear maintenance.
• 3+ years of leadership or project management overseeing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of reactor systems, vessel components, and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of NRC regulations, 10 CFR, ASME Codes, QA programs, radiological controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, OEM specs, work packages, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of reactor services projects including outages and reactor inspections.
• Provide technical leadership ensuring compliance with plant procedures and NRC rules.
• Develop scopes, work packages, budgets, and execution plans.
• Mentor and supervise outage crews and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships and support business development.
