Job summary

The Nuclear Company is actively seeking an Electrical Superintendent - FieldWorks to serve as the on-site technical authority for electrical and I&C work during outages, maintenance, and projects in nuclear and energy markets.

You will provide day-to-day leadership to union electricians and I&C technicians, review technical documentation, and ensure safe, compliant execution while developing field capability and high-performing crews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an electrical/engineering tech field.
• 7+ years in electrical/I&C maintenance, testing, or outage work in heavy industry.
• Formal apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical/I&C craft.
• Experience leading union electricians and I&C technicians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site technical authority for electrical and I&C activities during outages and maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day direction to union electricians and I&C technicians.
• Review work packages, drawings, schematics, and specs prior to execution.
• Coordinate with customers and craft teams to align with schedules and safety standards.
• Mentor junior personnel and develop field capability and performance.
