Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 2 to lead small to mid‑scale service contracts, projects, and work orders.

You will provide client contact, prepare estimates and budgets, and coordinate tasks with staff to ensure on‑time delivery and alignment with scope. The role requires at least 5 years in project/service/facility management, experience selling service contracts, and proficiency with safety protocols, Excel, and CMMS/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project/service/facility management.
• Experience promoting and selling service contracts.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess client needs.
• Prepare a complete estimate and budget for service contracts or projects.
• Manage 1–5 year service contracts including electrical and fire alarm services.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff for projects and work orders.
• Understand terms and rates with clients to sustain service accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under Division Manager supervision.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure profitability.
